When things go pear-shaped...
...they go really pear-shaped. Our host fell in a big heap yesterday (17th Feb) and we had almost an entire day of downtime, on our first day of being up and running. Fantastic. We lost a day of stock updating and the like (the host had to go to a backup from the day before), but as at tonight (18th Feb) we are pretty much back on track.
Apologies to anyone who checked out the site and was met with an ugly error message. We are assured this kind of thing "never happens"... Oh technology.
